Dear Spanish Pines II Condominium Residents,
I want to take the time to introduce myself as your new Property Manager.
My name is Virginia Packman, and I will be taking over Spanish Pines II Condominium’s day-to-day management starting on March 1, 2023. I am very excited to get to know the Board and residents of this beautiful community. I have handled multiple HOA’s, Condos, and commercial properties in Southwest Florida and feel confident that my experience will be beneficial to your Association.
My objective in managing your Association is first to provide you with excellent service and then work to help your Association achieve its long-term goals and objectives. I will serve as your primary contact, and you will have additional support from James Mordaunt (Managing Partner & General Manager) and Donna Sheen (Director of Association Management). APMS has a number of additional team members and CAM’s that can be called upon at any time to assist the primary team. In addition to the office team, APMS also has a full-time Maintenance team available to service the homeowners’ maintenance needs.
